Shipping

We offer one simple shipping option: Standard shipping.

We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada. We are not able to deliver to other countries at this time.

Free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more.

• For orders under $100, the standard shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

Orders typically arrive within 5–14 days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships, including a tracking number where available.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, peak periods or customs. Orders containing several items may arrive in separate parcels.

Duties and taxes

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by their country.

Tracking

Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show updates after your order ships.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before your order ships.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 14 days, or arrives damaged, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and we will help resolve it.
