Play with a supported, secure feel in the Motionlyfe Compression Knee Support Sleeve. This knit sleeve slides over the knee and hugs it with gentle, even compression, while an adjustable strap lets you fine-tune the fit. It is designed for basketball, running, gym sessions and everyday activity when you want your knee to feel stable and comfortable.

Made from breathable nylon and rubber fibre, the sleeve stretches with your movement and stays in place during jumps, cuts and quick changes of direction. A cushioned knit structure adds a comfortable padded feel without bulk. Each order includes one piece, available in black, grey, pink, blue or lake blue to match your kit. The sleeve is thin enough to wear under training pants or basketball shorts and flexible enough for squats, lunges and running drills. Hand wash it gently and let it air dry so it is ready for your next game, and the range of colours makes it simple to match your team kit or training gear.

Motionlyfe creates everyday sports gear that helps you stay active. Measure around your knee before ordering for the best fit, and avoid wearing the sleeve so tight that it causes discomfort or numbness. This sleeve is not a medical device; if you have a knee injury or ongoing pain, please consult a qualified health professional.

Sizing & care

Check the size and option details before you order. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll help you choose.

Inspect bands, straps, belts and supports for wear before each use and stop using anything that is damaged. Wipe clean after training, air dry, and store out of direct sunlight to help rubber and latex last longer.

Fit & sizing

Choosing the right fit

The right size and resistance make the difference between gear you trust and gear you fight with. Use this as a starting point, and always check the size options on the product.

Gear How to choose Good to know
Resistance bands Lighter bands for warm-ups, mobility and rehab work; heavier bands for assisted pull-ups and strength work. If you're unsure, start lighter. A set or two levels lets you progress over time.
Lifting belts Measure around your waist at belly-button height, not your pants size, and match it to the size options. Wear it snug but able to take a full breath into your stomach to brace against.
Straps, hooks & gloves Straps and hooks help when your grip gives out before your back or legs on heavy pulls. Keep training without them on lighter sets so your grip strength keeps improving.
Knee & ankle supports Measure around the joint and compare to the size options before ordering. Supports should feel firm and secure, not cut off circulation. If in doubt, check with a health professional.
