Stop letting your grip decide when your set ends. The Motionlyfe Weightlifting Hooks with Wrist Wraps use coated steel hooks that sit under the bar and hold it for you, so you can focus on driving through your back, legs and traps during heavy deadlifts, rows, rack pulls and shrugs. They are a favourite with powerlifters and bodybuilders who want to train their big muscles harder without being held back by tired hands.

Each hook is attached to a padded neoprene wrist wrap that spreads the load across your wrist and closes firmly with a strong fastening, so it stays put even on your heaviest sets. A non-slip coating on the hooks grips barbells, dumbbells and cable handles without sliding, and the wraps adjust to fit a wide range of wrist sizes. Choose a single pair or a two-pair value pack to keep a spare in your gym bag. They are equally useful on machines, lat pulldowns and cable rows.

Motionlyfe makes strength gear for people who train with intent. Use hooks for your top working sets and keep training your natural grip on lighter lifts so it keeps improving. Check the stitching and hook coating regularly, and replace the hooks if you notice any cracks, bending or fraying.

  • Hook: Coated steel
  • Wrist wrap: Padded neoprene, approx. 44 cm
  • Fit: Adjustable, one size
  • Options: 1 pair or 2 pairs
  • Uses: Deadlifts, rows, shrugs, pull-downs

Sizing & care

Check the size and option details before you order. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll help you choose.

Inspect bands, straps, belts and supports for wear before each use and stop using anything that is damaged. Wipe clean after training, air dry, and store out of direct sunlight to help rubber and latex last longer.

Fit & sizing

Choosing the right fit

The right size and resistance make the difference between gear you trust and gear you fight with. Use this as a starting point, and always check the size options on the product.

Gear How to choose Good to know
Resistance bands Lighter bands for warm-ups, mobility and rehab work; heavier bands for assisted pull-ups and strength work. If you're unsure, start lighter. A set or two levels lets you progress over time.
Lifting belts Measure around your waist at belly-button height, not your pants size, and match it to the size options. Wear it snug but able to take a full breath into your stomach to brace against.
Straps, hooks & gloves Straps and hooks help when your grip gives out before your back or legs on heavy pulls. Keep training without them on lighter sets so your grip strength keeps improving.
Knee & ankle supports Measure around the joint and compare to the size options before ordering. Supports should feel firm and secure, not cut off circulation. If in doubt, check with a health professional.
