Details

Train with a supported, secure feel in the Motionlyfe Compression Ankle Sleeve. Made from a stretchy, breathable blend of nylon, spandex and polyester, it hugs the ankle with even compression, while a hook-and-loop strap lets you fine-tune the level of support to suit your activity and your comfort.

The slim, open-heel design fits easily inside running shoes, basketball boots and trainers without bunching, so you barely notice it is there. The moisture-wicking fabric helps keep your skin cool and dry, and the lightweight construction moves naturally with your foot as you run, jump, cut and change direction. It is a great option for running, basketball, netball, football, hiking and gym sessions. Each sleeve is sold individually in grey, green or purple. It also works well as a light, everyday support for long walks, standing shifts and weekend sport, and slips easily under socks.

Motionlyfe makes support gear for people who love to stay active. This sleeve is designed to provide comfortable compression during activity and is not a medical device. If you have an ankle injury or ongoing pain, please speak with a qualified health professional. Hand wash in cool water and let it air dry to keep the fabric stretchy and supportive for longer.

Sizing & care

Check the size and option details before you order. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll help you choose.

Inspect bands, straps, belts and supports for wear before each use and stop using anything that is damaged. Wipe clean after training, air dry, and store out of direct sunlight to help rubber and latex last longer.

Fit & sizing

Choosing the right fit

The right size and resistance make the difference between gear you trust and gear you fight with. Use this as a starting point, and always check the size options on the product.

Gear How to choose Good to know
Resistance bands Lighter bands for warm-ups, mobility and rehab work; heavier bands for assisted pull-ups and strength work. If you're unsure, start lighter. A set or two levels lets you progress over time.
Lifting belts Measure around your waist at belly-button height, not your pants size, and match it to the size options. Wear it snug but able to take a full breath into your stomach to brace against.
Straps, hooks & gloves Straps and hooks help when your grip gives out before your back or legs on heavy pulls. Keep training without them on lighter sets so your grip strength keeps improving.
Knee & ankle supports Measure around the joint and compare to the size options before ordering. Supports should feel firm and secure, not cut off circulation. If in doubt, check with a health professional.
