Build a stronger back, arms and core without leaving the house. The Motionlyfe Multi-Grip Doorway Pull-Up Bar rests on your door frame using leverage, so there are no screws, drilling or permanent fixtures. Hang it up when you train, lift it off when you are done, and turn any sturdy doorway into a compact upper-body station that is ready whenever you are.

Wide, narrow and neutral grip positions let you train pull-ups, chin-ups and hanging knee raises, hitting your lats, biceps, shoulders and core from different angles. Take the bar down and place it on the floor for deeper push-ups, triceps dips and sit-up anchoring. Thick foam pads protect your door frame from marks, and cushioned grips keep your hands comfortable through high-rep sets. Choose the straight bar or the multi-grip version with parallel handles. It is a space-saving way to train your pulling strength every day without a gym membership.

Motionlyfe makes home training gear that fits real homes and busy schedules. Before first use, check that your door frame is solid timber and within the supported width, and test the bar with a gentle hang before full reps. Always step down with control, keep the bar clear of door hinges, and inspect the foam and frame regularly for wear.

  • Install: Over-the-door leverage, no drilling
  • Grips: Wide, narrow and neutral (multi-grip version)
  • Padding: Foam grips and frame protectors
  • Uses: Pull-ups, chin-ups, push-ups, dips, sit-ups
  • Options: Straight bar or multi-grip
  • Check your door frame is solid before use

Sizing & care

Check the size and option details before you order. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll help you choose.

Fit & sizing

Choosing the right fit

The right size and resistance make the difference between gear you trust and gear you fight with. Use this as a starting point, and always check the size options on the product.

Gear How to choose Good to know
Resistance bands Lighter bands for warm-ups, mobility and rehab work; heavier bands for assisted pull-ups and strength work. If you're unsure, start lighter. A set or two levels lets you progress over time.
Lifting belts Measure around your waist at belly-button height, not your pants size, and match it to the size options. Wear it snug but able to take a full breath into your stomach to brace against.
Straps, hooks & gloves Straps and hooks help when your grip gives out before your back or legs on heavy pulls. Keep training without them on lighter sets so your grip strength keeps improving.
Knee & ankle supports Measure around the joint and compare to the size options before ordering. Supports should feel firm and secure, not cut off circulation. If in doubt, check with a health professional.
