Details

Roll out tight muscles after training with the Motionlyfe EVA Foam Roller. Firm EVA foam gives steady pressure on your calves, quads, glutes and upper back, and it's light enough to pack in your gym bag.

Choose the 30 cm roller for travel and targeted spots, or the 45 cm roller for wider areas like your back. Roll slowly, pause on tight spots and keep breathing.

  • Material: EVA foam

Sizing & care

Check the size and option details before you order. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll help you choose.

Inspect bands, straps, belts and supports for wear before each use and stop using anything that is damaged. Wipe clean after training, air dry, and store out of direct sunlight to help rubber and latex last longer.

Fit & sizing

Choosing the right fit

The right size and resistance make the difference between gear you trust and gear you fight with. Use this as a starting point, and always check the size options on the product.

Gear How to choose Good to know
Resistance bands Lighter bands for warm-ups, mobility and rehab work; heavier bands for assisted pull-ups and strength work. If you're unsure, start lighter. A set or two levels lets you progress over time.
Lifting belts Measure around your waist at belly-button height, not your pants size, and match it to the size options. Wear it snug but able to take a full breath into your stomach to brace against.
Straps, hooks & gloves Straps and hooks help when your grip gives out before your back or legs on heavy pulls. Keep training without them on lighter sets so your grip strength keeps improving.
Knee & ankle supports Measure around the joint and compare to the size options before ordering. Supports should feel firm and secure, not cut off circulation. If in doubt, check with a health professional.
