Details

Sharpen your speed, timing and reactions at home with the Motionlyfe Freestanding Reflex Punching Bag. A strong suction base holds it to smooth floors, while a flexible spring rod lets the ball snap back at you after every punch. It is a fun, fast way to build hand speed and coordination, burn energy and practise your boxing combinations without needing a heavy bag or a ceiling mount.

The height adjusts from about 112 to 157 cm, so it can be set up for adults and taller teenagers alike. Choose the bag on its own or bundled with a pair of gloves to get started straight away. It sets up in minutes and packs away when you are finished, making it a great option for apartments, garages and spare rooms. Mix quick jabs with slips and weaves for a full-body cardio workout that feels more like a game.

Motionlyfe makes training gear that makes fitness fun. For the strongest hold, use the suction base on tile, marble or smooth sealed floors, clean the base and floor before setup, and pack the bag away after each session. Children should always use it under adult supervision, and keep a safe clear space around the bag while training.

  • Height: Adjustable, approx. 112–157 cm
  • Base: Suction cup, best on tile or smooth floors
  • Options: Bag only or with gloves
  • Colours: Black, yellow
  • Children must be supervised by an adult

Sizing & care

Check the size and option details before you order. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll help you choose.

Inspect bands, straps, belts and supports for wear before each use and stop using anything that is damaged. Wipe clean after training, air dry, and store out of direct sunlight to help rubber and latex last longer.

Fit & sizing

Choosing the right fit

The right size and resistance make the difference between gear you trust and gear you fight with. Use this as a starting point, and always check the size options on the product.

Gear How to choose Good to know
Resistance bands Lighter bands for warm-ups, mobility and rehab work; heavier bands for assisted pull-ups and strength work. If you're unsure, start lighter. A set or two levels lets you progress over time.
Lifting belts Measure around your waist at belly-button height, not your pants size, and match it to the size options. Wear it snug but able to take a full breath into your stomach to brace against.
Straps, hooks & gloves Straps and hooks help when your grip gives out before your back or legs on heavy pulls. Keep training without them on lighter sets so your grip strength keeps improving.
Knee & ankle supports Measure around the joint and compare to the size options before ordering. Supports should feel firm and secure, not cut off circulation. If in doubt, check with a health professional.
